Travellers Site Expansion called in by Eric Pickles

 “I welcome the news this week that the proposed Cottingley Springs Travellers site expansion has been called in by Eric Pickles. 
“I know that both Cllr Finnigan and MARC (Morley Against Reckless Construction) have been working hard and showing great opposition to this too; that is why I took them to meet the Secretary of State last year to put forward views on this and other proposed  developments.  I believe that it is important to put party politics aside and passionately work together for the good of the community, just as we have done with this”.
