Andrea Visits St Andrews View Development in Morley

Today I visited the St Andrews View development in Morley, it was great to meet the hardworking team. From sales reps to builders and site managers, a lot of great work goes into providing new homes for first time buyers, couples starting families, and older people.

I saw a new method of building, using a timber frame, that speeds up the building process and limits the time vehicles and heavy machinery is used- ensuring a cleaner, greener approach.

I also enjoyed hearing more about the affordable housing that is included within the site, which will offer housing through a range of providers including Yorkshire Housing.
