It was a great honour to support our armed forces and veterans by visiting the Veterans Lunch Club here in Morley, run by SSAFA.

Andrea Supports Macmillan Coffee Morning

Popped into the Macmillan Cancer Support coffee morning here in Stanley - a great cause and the cake was, if anything, too good!

Residents may be interested to hear of the 1940s concert on Sunday 12th to raise money for St Anne's Church hall!

 

 

Andrea Sings for Carr Gate

Enjoyed singing in Carr Gate garden centre today!

I even bumped into Santa, who tells me he's a constituent (must have moved from the North Pole!) and wants a present from me- to deliver Brexit by October 31st!

Andrea Visits Sims Metal Management in Morley

Just visited Sims Metal Management, the world's largest metal and electronics recycling company, at their site right here in Morley.

It was great to see how they give new life to scrap metal and dispose of electronic waste safely.

Andrea Helps Unveil Blue Plaque for H.H.Asquith

Herbert Henry Asquith is one of the most eminent historical figures born in Morley, Prime Minister from 1908 to 1916 he steered Britain during the first two years of World War One.
