Local Covid Data Update

Wednesday, 20 January, 2021

The below is the latest COVID data for cases per 100,000 people that has been released by both Leeds City Council and Wakefield District Council:

Ardsley & Robin Hood: 285.0 (was 372.7)

Morley South: 196.0 (was 253.9)

Morley North 196.3 (was 356.8)

Wrenthorpe & Outwood West: 276.1

Stanley and Outwood East: 214.1

A good sign to see Leeds City Council wards continue to decrease, and a roughly even figure across the wards making up Morley & Outwood. We must remember to stick to the basics: Hands, Face, Space, and get tested if you have symptoms, and together we can bring our numbers steadily down.

With the vaccines now being rolled out at pace, it is vital we stick to the rules to keep our area safe until vulnerable people can be protected.
