The below is the latest COVID data for cases per 100,000 people that has been released by both Leeds City Council and Wakefield District Council:
Ardsley & Robin Hood: 271.9 (was 399.0)
Morley South: 262.8 (was 467.7)
Morley North 182.9 (was 459.4)
Wrenthorpe & Outwood West: 112.9
Stanley and Outwood East: 60.4
Despite significant decreases in local rates, there is still some progress to be made. The Ardsley & Robin Hood and Morley South wards are still some of the highest in the Leeds area, though Stanley & Outwood East is one of the lowest in the Wakefield District.
I know that if we all keep at it we can ensure our area stays safe and if this downward trend continues, we should be able to move into a lower tier soon.
