Making Sure Local Authorities Deliver

I am committed to helping residents hold local authorities to account and ensure they deliver on their promises, listen to local people, and supply the services residents need.

I get hundreds of emails daily, the vast majority are from constituents that have problems with their local council, whether this be missed bin collections, overhanging trees, or simply poor Council decisions that have a negative impact on our local communities. Others write to me about the police, or NHS trusts, I take these emails and raise each matter with the relevant authority directly, often chasing the body for a response if too much time has lapsed. I then write back to the constituent with the reply, and offer further advice and support if appropriate.

I urge all constituents to contact me if they have an issue on: Andrea.Jenkyns.MP@Parliament.UK

Together, we can continue to make sure local authorities deliver.
