Good visit to Stone Gables Care Home #Gildersome to see the changes they have made for residents, led by their great new manager.

I enjoyed talking to residents especially the amazing Eileen who will be turning 100 soon. They are trying to do a wonderful thing and get 100 cards for her. If you would like to help make her day special please write a card too & send to my office & will collate them for her. Happy 100th Birthday Eileen! 🥳 And well done to Stone Gables.
