Andrea Helps Unveil Blue Plaque for H.H.Asquith

Herbert Henry Asquith is one of the most eminent historical figures born in Morley, Prime Minister from 1908 to 1916 he steered Britain during the first two years of World War One.

I was honoured to participate in the unveiling of the blue plaque dedicated to him and Morley Town Hall with Cllr Wyn Kidger, well done Wyn and all those involved for securing further recognition for the history of our town.
